Pure Amp™ PCR Sealing Film
Designed to minimize evaportaion loss, the Pure•Amp™ line is meticulously manufactured with exceptionally uniform, ultra-thin walls for highly efficient thermal transfer. All Pure•Amp™ tubes, strips and plates are made of medical grade, heat-resistant polypropylene. All Pure•Amp™ products are PCR certified and are guaranteed to be free of RNase, DNase, DNA, pyrogens, endotoxins and PCR inhibitors.
PureAmp™ Sealing Membranes are compatible with all standard PCR plates. Four types are available for PCR and qPCR applications; pierceable aluminum, standard transparent, optically clear sticky adhesive, and optically clear pressure-sensitive adhesive, all of which are guaranteed to keep evaporation rates below 5%.
