How do I get started?

Good question! Click Create An Account at the top of any page on southernlabware.com. Enter your information then click Create An Account.

Once you have created an account you can order and subscribe to products from the product page. You can create a shopping cart of subscription products as well as non-subscription products. Once you have subscribed, you will have complete flexibility on shipment frequency, shipping dates and the ability to cancel or pause your order whenever you want. Anyone with an existing Southern Labware account is eligible to participate LESS Subscribe and Save.

When is my order processed?

Once you have selected the products you’d like to subscribe to, select the frequency of your subscription and the quantity you want shipped. Your initial order will be processed within one business day of completing your order. Your subscription orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency and quantity you selected at the time of your initial order.

How do I update or change my payment method?

To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log into your Southern Labware account and click the “My Credit Cards” tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your credit card information. After making changes to your credit card in the “My Credit Card” tab, you’ll need to associate that card with your subscription. To do so, click the “My Product Subscriptions” tab and associate your credit card to your subscription.

What forms of payment are accepted for the subscription service?

All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted for orders using the subscription service.

How do I cancel a product from the subscription service?

It’s easy to cancel or pause an item from the subscription service. Simply login to your personalized subscription page and simply remove one or all the items from your subscription page.

Do I earn Loyalty Rewards Points for subscription items?

Yes, you will earn loyalty reward points for all your normal and subscription purchases. In fact, our LESS products will earn you double rewards points to help you move up the rewards tiers even faster. All the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Rewards Program applies to the subscription service.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

The subscription service implements credit card tokenization to securely store sensitive credit card data in a vault powered by Spreedly, a Level 1 PCI compliant service provider.

The Spreedly vault uses a technology called JSONP to implement the payment method and credit card submission forms. Using JSONP means that sensitive credit card numbers and information are POST’ed directly from your web browsers to the secure servers at Spreedly. Once the credit card is received it is turned into a token, a unique identifier or token that cannot be mathematically reversed. The token can then be passed safely between the vault and our website which allows any type of payment transaction to be run against the credit card.

The implementation of JSONP technology in our subscription service means that sensitive credit card data is transmitted directly from the customer to the vault, our website and web servers will be considered out of scope for both storage and transmission of sensitive cardholder data.

Will more items be added to the LESS product offering?

We will continually be adding new products to the LESS product offering. Check back often to see what new products have been added.
