Spigots and VersaBarbs

For bottom tubulation options, VersaBarbs provide flexibility in drainage, pump connection, filling bell, and automated equipment. VersaBarbs are available in ¼”, ”, ½”, and ¾” hose barb sizes. In addition, a ¾” sanitary fitting VersaBarb is also available to enable the EZgrip carboy to function as a supply reservoir to a larger system. 

Foxx Life Sciences’ EZgrip carboy spigots have large levers that control two flow rates, one for continuous, locked flow and the other for a faster, manual flow. The spigot spout features ]” and ¾” hose barbs, and a standard internal luer tape to fit a male barb adapter. The spigot body has internal threads with a hard stop to prevent over-tightening which may damage the seal.

VersaBarbs and Spigots are made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121ÚC (250ÚF) for 20 minutes.
