LabExact® Unlike traditional polymeric cast film membranes, H&V Trupor® NYLON membrane utilizes nanoscale fibers in a composite design to achieve precisely regulated porosities. This innovative design yields best-in-class performance. No adhesives are utilized which significantly reduces trace extractables making it an ideal matrix for analytical separations. This material is manufactured in the United States.


LabExact® Trupor® Nylon syringe filters reduce back pressure by >50% versus comparable porosity cast membrane. Lower back pressure makes them easier to use and reduces operator fatigue, instances of sample-fouling integrity failure, internal device pressures, and the need for overmolding of the housing to accommodate higher operating back pressure.
