Bottle Top Vacuum Filter, 50mL, 0.45μm, PVDF, Sterile, 12/CS

These Disposable filter systems are useful for large volume sample separation and sterilization for tissue culture media and other biological buffers. Membrane filters with graduated filter tops made with polystyrene, and polyethylene necks with polystyrene receiving bottles. A separate sterile polyethylene cap is included.

Filtration cup and liquid storage bottle are made of USP VI polystyrene (PS), ensure the good transparency of body.  Imported membrane, strong bacterial interception, sterile filtration efficiency: LRV>7(ATCC 19146 Brevendimonas diminuta, ASTM Bacterial challenge experiment), variety membrane and specification (250ml, 500ml, 1000ml) are easy for you to choose what you need.

The system has character of high flow rate and high flux, shortens the filtration time and improves the filtration efficiency. 

Strict quality inspection ensures that the connection between the filter cup, membrane, filter nozzle, liquid storage bottle and filter has good firmness and tightness. This product is aseptic packing, without DNase and RNase, and no endotoxin. Each one is tested for completeness and gone through inspection of sterilizing filtration to ensure meet the requirements of sterile.

The lid is packaged independently to prevent contamination when tearing the product packing bag.  Lower bend filter nozzle adaptor simplifies the connection of vacuum pipeline.  The volume of the liquid storage bottle is increased with the design of higher bottle body.  The size of connector between the upper cup and liquid storage bottle nozzle shall be in accordance with the standard GL45 bottle mouth design, consistent with the market standard design, which ensures the dumping stability of medium.  Clear scales. The filter cup and scale are in the direction of 90 degrees, which is convenient for customers to read the data of liquid position during filtration. Concave design on both sides of the bottle is easy to grasp.
