The patented air flow system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of the samples heating. The INCUCELL V series offers high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and cultivation processes. The INCUCELL V devices meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.

The cost-effective incubator series INCUCELL with the chamber volume of 22, 55, 111, 222, 404, and 707 liters, working temperature from +5 °C above ambient temperature up to 100 °C and precise temperature control is suitable for high-quality and safe processing of microbiological cultures in laboratories and industry. The series INCUCELL is characterized by noiseless run and soft air flow. It offers high operating comfort, precise control and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after the door opening. The devices INCUCELL meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations both in CZ and EU.

Sturdy design and perfect protection against corrosion are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purposes of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air, the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purposes of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.

High-tech systems for incubation – both heating and cooling, humidity and light control – intended for use in research, development, production, business activities, or quality control. The sectional principle that applies to the design of laboratory ovens allows a wide range of optional equipment and accessories.

The basic model is available – depending on the oven type – in volume size range from 22 to 1212 liters, with either natural or forced air circulation, natural heating and cooling, controlled humidity and controlled CO2 atmosphere. The incubators are produced in two levels of operation comfort – Standard and Comfort line.

The parameters inside the unit chamber are monitored and documented with the help of a PC, using a special SW WarmComm (optional equipment).

The laboratory incubators line meets the requirements of reproducibility and accuracy of temperature distribution and other parameters in laboratory incubators, derived form such quality standards like ISO 9000 or ISO/17025.
