The family of 96-well square plates was designed so that it would make the interchange of plates simpler in automated systems. All three plates have the same geometry and the only variable is the well depth. For applications using the GenoGrinder" and TissueLyzer" a specially reinforced version of this plate is available in extractable-free, medical grade polymer. These plates are designed specifically for seed and leaf genomic studies.
