This kit is designed for preparaon of high quality total RNA from a wide range of fungal species. Total RNA can be purified from fresh or frozen filamentous fungi samples using this kit. Purified RNA is ready for most downstream applicaons such as RTPCR, Northern Blong, Poly (A) purificaon, nuclease protecon and invitro translaon.

Note: Care must be taken when working with RNA. It is important to maintain an RNasefree environment starng with RNA sample preparaon and connue through purificaon and analysis. Use RNasefree tubes, ps, gels. Wear gloves at all mes.
