Chemker series pumps are chemical resistant diaphragm vacuum pumps which can be used with harsh acidic, basic and solvent vapors by utilizing corrosion proof PTFE on all the wetted surfaces. Through mechanical technology and innovation we have made the Chemker series to be quiet, safe, maintenance-free and cost effective.

All wetted parts of the Chemker series pumps are made of PTFE material which is resistant to most corrosive gases. Chemker series pumps are driven by a diaphragm which does not require lubricant, regular oil changes and maintenance thus produces no oil pollution. The direct drive motor and vibration proof assembly makes the Chemker series run at the lowest noise level compared to all other equivalent pumps. Every motor of the Chemker series pump has a built in thermal protection device to shut off the pump automatically when overheated and then resume working when the temperature cools down.
