VENTICELL Accurate and quick; alternative model meeting higher demands

The line VENTICELL, due to its patented system of forced air circulation, ensures a homogenous temperature profile for all drying and heating processes. A higher quickness and preciseness of all tempering processes guarantee an economical operation. These units are suitable especially for materials with high humidity.

The drying oven series VENTICELL with forced air ventilation for drying, heating and sterilization, with the chamber volume of 22, 55, 111, 222, 404 and 707 litres, working temperature from +10 °C above ambient temperature up to 250/300 °C and precise temperature control is suitable for work with all common goods in laboratories and industry. The series VENTICELL is characterized by quiet run and soft forced air ventilation within the chamber and is suitable for high-quality and safe drying, heating and sterilization of goods in laboratories. The patented air ventilation system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series VENTICELL offers high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and processes. The devices VENTICELL meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.

The Venticell’s patented forced air-flow system moves air both vertically and horizontally through computer engineered precision air ports within the inner chamber. Once at the bottom the air is pulled up through the middle of the chamber. This creates a precise temperature profile reducing heating time and uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. The Venticell is especially good for drying wet media. Operating performance is ensured at a higher rate and precision without “overshooting” the set point with the “Fuzzy Logic” microprocessor controllers.

High-tech systems for heating and drying of materials with an accurate and reliable run of individual processes, suitable for use in research, development, production, business activities, or for quality control. The sectional principle that applies to the design of laboratory ovens allows a wide range of optional equipment and accessories. The basic model is available – depending on the oven type – in volume size range from 22 to 707 liters, with either natural or forced air circulation and possibility to connect the vacuum.

The parameters inside the unit chamber are monitored and documented with the help of a PC, using a special SW WarmComm (optional equipment).

The laboratory ovens line meets the requirements of reproducibility and accuracy of temperature distribution and other parameters in temperature boxes, derived form such quality standards like ISO 9000 or ISO/17025.
