The high technical standard of our FRIOCELL incubators allows tempering of samples, precise both in time and space. The unique cooling system offers an exact and cost saving simulation of the selected natural processes and reduces the samples evaporation. The incubators can be used in biotechnology, botany, zoology, food industry, cosmetics, chemical industry, etc. where it allows an extremely low duration of the temperature recovery.
The high technical standard of the FRIOCELL product line with the chamber volume of 55, 111, 222, 404, 707 and 1212 liters and working temperature from 0°C up to 100°C aloows tempering of samples, precise in time and space. The patented cooling system (ecological cooling medium R134a) offers a precise and rapid simulation of natural processes and reduces the risk of sample evaporation. The devices can be provided with various types of inner chamber lighting. The FRIOCELL product line can be used in biotechnology, botany, zoology, food industry, cosmetics, chemical industry, etc. The patented system of cooling (ecological cooling medium R134a) and air flow in the chamber guarantee a rapid and precise reaching of the selected temperature profile in the chamber and consequently an ideal process of sample heating. The FRIOCELL product line offers high operating comfort, precise regulation, and possibility to reach even extreme short times of temperature changes and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after the door opening. It is therefore suitable for demanding and exact tests and sample cultivation processes. The FRIOCELL units meet the requirements of the technical and legislative regulations both in CZ and EU.

Cultivating FRIOCELL incubators equipped with an exposure light create optimal conditions for plant growth and tissue cultures cultivation under natural conditions. Large-capacity control unit enables easy programming and offers a wide range of parameters for day and night simulation (air flow / temperature / humidity / lightning). The units also meet the most demanding requirements for the photostability tests according to Part 2 of ICH Q1AR and Q1B guidelines, and to the European norms.

Sturdy design and perfect protection against corrosion are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purposes of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air, the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purposes of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a fan with a speed regulation, and an inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.
The principle of operation is based on a fine forced air circulation combined with a patented powerful cooling system situated in the chamber. A unique system of air circulation within the chamber ensures a silent run and a fine heating of samples. A unique cooling system together with a multiprocessor control unit offers a precise and economical simulation of some natural processes and reduces the evaporation of samples.
High-tech systems for incubation – both heating and cooling, humidity and light control – intended for use in research, development, production, business activities, or quality control. The sectional principle that applies to the design of laboratory ovens allows a wide range of optional equipment and accessories.
The parameters inside the unit chamber are monitored and documented with the help of a PC, using a special SW WarmComm (optional equipment).
The laboratory incubators line meets the requirements of reproducibility and accuracy of temperature distribution and other parameters in laboratory incubators, derived form such quality standards like ISO 9000 or ISO/17025.
