Digital Hotplate 10" x 10" Plate, 115V

Benchmark Scientific Hotplates and Stirrers provide reliable performance and safe operation for everyday laboratory use. Units are available in two sizes and feature a durable and chemical resistant white ceramic work surface. A large 10 x 10-inch model is now available along with our space-efficient 7 x 7-inch design that is ideal for use on crowded benchtops, biological safety cabinets or laminar flow hoods. Benchmark Hotplates include an advanced microprocessor for precise adjustment of temperature with rapid heating and faster boiling times. In addition, the more powerful motor drive system ensures efficient mixing in larger and more viscous sample types.

Temperature can be viewed at all times on the large digital display and a safety LED illuminates when the top plate temperature exceeds 50°C. An external temperature probe can also be used for applications that require precise temperature control. The probe provides direct feedback to the microprocessor with constant monitoring and adjustments for maintaining the selected temperature in the sample within +/- 1°C. All models are compatible with popular sizes of borosilicate glass beakers, flasks, bottles and other vessels. An optional clamp assembly (H3770-CS) is available for mounting thermometers, temperature probes, etc.
