DUROCELL High durability

A special line DUROCELL with a highly resistant coating of EPOLON that protects the inner stainless steel surfaces from aggressive agents, such as acids and liquors. These units enable an optimal tempering of materials. They are ideal for acid and basic hydrolysis, extraction through incombustible substances and decomposition of substances at a solid phase.

The cost-effective drying oven series DUROCELL with the chamber volume of 22, 55, 111 and 222 litres, working temperature from +5 °C above ambient temperature up to 125°C, precise temperature control and stainless chamber protected by coating of highly resistant plastic Epolon, is suitable for work with acids and liquors, for acid and basic hydrolysis etc. The series DUROCELL is characterized by perfect corrosion prevention of all chamber parts, noiseless run and soft air ventilation within the chamber. This device offers high operating comfort, precise control and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after door opening. The devices DUROCELL meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.

Basic Design Components

Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). Inner walls and the door panel are provided with a highly resistant Epolon-coating for higher protection. For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and can be provided with a door with window and an interior lighting on request. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.

High-tech systems for heating and drying of materials with an accurate and reliable run of individual processes, suitable for use in research, development, production, business activities, or for quality control. The sectional principle that applies to the design of laboratory ovens allows a wide range of optional equipment and accessories. The basic model is available – depending on the oven type – in volume size range from 22 to 707 liters, with either natural or forced air circulation and possibility to connect the vacuum.

The parameters inside the unit chamber are monitored and documented with the help of a PC, using a special SW WarmComm (optional equipment).

The laboratory ovens line meets the requirements of reproducibility and accuracy of temperature distribution and other parameters in temperature boxes, derived form such quality standards like ISO 9000 or ISO/17025.
